Co-Founder and Former CEO of Switch Communications, LLC (“Switch”) – Under Borden’s direction, Switch emerged as the first-of-its-kind, most powerful data center in the world. The revolutionary, state-of-the-art SuperNAP facilities were constructed from greenfield to completion in record-time with Mike Borden at the helm as Head of Construction & Operations. As a result, Borden is recognized as one of the industry’s premier datacenter engineering and design experts.
CEO of Sandbags, LLC – Borden is the CEO of Sandbags, LLC, the pioneer in development of a unique, 23-foot mobile sandbagging unit that is capable of producing filled sandbags every 2.5 seconds (on-site and on-demand) for the construction industry, pipeline development, disaster response and military use. Sandbags has a corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada with other offices in Gnadenhutten, Ohio and Washington D.C., along with an engineering and design facility in Carlsbad, California.
Co-Founder and CEO of TruFusion Franchising, LLC – Staying on course with his passion for launching businesses based on innovation, Mike Borden formed TruFusion to grow its extraordinarily prosperous, one-of-a-kind and first-to-market yoga and group fitness studio into a nationwide powerhouse brand. The franchise model and brand are rapidly gaining traction and growth in the Las Vegas area. Sales and projections indicate that TruFusion will have a significant footprint in the Western United States by the end of 2017, with studios opening across the country and internationally by the end of 2018.
Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity -Pairing his early-career experience in designing and building high-end custom and sustainable home communities with his devotion to giving back to his local community, Mike Borden services as the Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity.
Mike Borden has a diverse portfolio of investments including real estate, oil/gas production and the development of proprietary/patented designs and technology, including several patent-pending technologies. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and two daughters where he generously contributes his time and resources to many local and national charities.
Terri Borden
As the Executive Vice President of Construction at Construction Switch, Terri Borden oversees planning and construction of all new SUPERNAP facilities. She also works closely with the Critical Infrastructure Operations team to manage the overall health of all SUPERNAP facilities and their critical power, cooling and monitoring systems.
Alongside CEO and Founder of SUPERNAP, Rob Roy, Terri continually works to develop and implement data center design improvements and advances in equipment, systems and processes to create the most advanced data center ecosystem in the world.
Prior to joining SUPERNAP in 2007, Terri worked for Humana Insurance for six years as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Actuarial Department. Terri also worked for Corrigan Companies, where she quickly worked her way through the ranks to become Director of Operations for the private, celebrity-owned restaurant group. She managed six stand-alone restaurants and supervised approximately 300 employees.
Terri is an active supporter of the local Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas.
Richard Mulheiser
Richard Muhlhauser has over 30 years of experience in healthcare financial management. His career started in public accounting with Deloitte and Touche and included CFO positions with the City of Hope and Western Medical Center in Southern California.
Richard subsequently started his own healthcare financial consulting business which served large hospitals and physician practices throughout the US With a staff of 35 employees, clients included:

Richard received his MBA degree from the University of La Verne and his Bachelor of Science – Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands in Southern California.
Barbara Mulheiser
Barbara Mulhauser is a seasoned cosmetic sales and marketing professional. She has over 25 years of experience with large cosmetic manufacturers developing sales and marketing strategies, launching new lines and managing sales teams that served major market retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Barbara successfully managed sales in the western US divisions of L’Oreal and Sanofi Beaute. Annual wholesale sales amounted to $65 million for brands such as Ralph Lauren (Lauren and Polo), Gloria Vanderbilt, Paloma Picasso, Giorgio Armani, Oscar de la Renta, and Yves St. Laurent. Barbara recently started her own consulting business which serves American and European manufacturers seeking to expand their distribution in the U.S. Her specialties include product development, sales channel strategies, branding, market development, merchandising and media advertisement. It has been Barbara’s privilege to participate in the start-up of Tiffany Andersen’s skincare line.
Glenn Hall
Glenn and Shoshi Hall are the Co-Founders of Create Health. They have dedicated their life to becoming masters of a myriad of arts and disciplines and treat each client as the unique individual they are. Techniques and philosophies of martial arts such as Tai Chi Chaun, Ba Gua Chaun, Chi Gong, Shorin Ryu Karate, western science, physiology, body language, mindset, mindfulness, dance (stage, show, performance art), gyrotonic, yoga, pilates, communication, body language and lifestyle health coaching. Disciplines in manual therapies such as neuromuscular therapy, kinesiology, proprioceptor neuromuscular facilitation, strain/counterstrain method, massage therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and structural integration (hellerwork), personal strength and core training.
